Conditions for using J-KABU SCREENER. The Japanese terms are also available.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of J-KABU SCREENER (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
The Service provides information about Japanese stocks, including company details, share prices, financial data, screening, rankings, scores and AI explanations. It is for information only and does not provide investment advice, solicit investments or guarantee returns.
3. Accounts
You must keep your registration details accurate and current and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
4. Pro plan
Pro costs ¥980 per month including tax and renews automatically. The subscription screen shows the charge, renewal date and payment method. After cancellation, Pro remains available until the end of the paid period, with no subsequent charges.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not break the law, disrupt or overload the Service, gain unauthorized access, improperly extract, reproduce, resell or distribute data, or infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Changes and interruptions
We may modify or suspend any part of the Service when needed for maintenance, failures, legal compliance or other reasons. We will give advance notice of material changes by a reasonable means.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of published information. You are responsible for investment decisions based on the Service. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to terms
We may amend these terms when necessary. We will announce changes with a material effect on users in advance on the site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Japanese law governs these terms. The competent court for disputes concerning the Service is determined in accordance with applicable law.
